Experienced clinician and certified case manager brings more than 30 years of expertise in rehabilitation, leadership and Parkinson’s wellness to support older adults throughout South Florida
PARKLAND, Fla. (June 24, 2026) — Quality In Home Therapy announced today that Tamara Orr, PT, CCM, Parkinson’s Wellness Certified, has joined its rehabilitation team, strengthening the company’s ability to provide specialized in-home therapy services that help older adults throughout South Florida maintain independence and age safely at home.
Orr joins Quality In Home Therapy with more than three decades of experience as a licensed physical therapist, rehabilitation executive, certified case manager, mentor and clinical leader. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while advancing excellence in care delivery across home health, outpatient rehabilitation and healthcare leadership settings.

Bombara founded Quality In Home Therapy with a vision to provide highly personalized care that helps older adults remain independent, safe and engaged in the activities they enjoy.

Prior to joining Quality In Home Therapy, Orr served as a rehabilitation consultant and physical therapist in private practice and as vice president of the therapy division at Donna Ramey Womack, LLC. She also held executive leadership positions with Ardor Health Solutions and Kindred at Home, where she oversaw multidisciplinary therapy teams, specialty rehabilitation programs, clinician training initiatives and quality improvement efforts serving hundreds of patients each day.
Orr earned a Master of Arts degree in Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, where she was a varsity athlete in track and softball.
In addition to her extensive rehabilitation expertise, Orr holds a Parkinson’s Wellness Certification and has a longstanding passion for helping older adults remain active, independent and engaged in their communities.
“For the past several months, I have followed Vinnie’s social media efforts to educate and support the local community on Parkinson’s disease,” Orr said. “His posts consistently reflected my own beliefs about patient care and inspired me to know there was a like-minded professional right here in our community.
