During my time treating and working with this patient, we focused on many things. We addressed lower extremity range of motion, through prolonged stretches, which allowed him to better position his feet and weight shift with more stability.

We worked on endurance as prior to the treatment he was only standing for two minutes or less and with both upper extremities assisting him on a walker.

Lastly, this dynamic form of treatment and progress was after a culmination of general strengthening in both upper and lower extremities as he demonstrated an increased ability to shift his body weight and support himself while not only staying upright but actually throwing a forceful punch into the targets.
